Police kill six robbery suspects


Four suspected armed robbers were shot dead by the police while robbing a passenger bus on the Iwo-Ejigbo road on Monday.

Also, two out of a three-man suspected robbery gang were killed on Monday by a police inspector at Obalende of Lagos.

The bus, which was on its way from Lagos to Ogbomoso, was forced to stop by the robbers, who had taken over the Iwo-Ejigbo road.
